Cornflour Cookie Recipe

Ingredients:

• Firstly you have to take 1/2 cup brown sugar.

•  Secondly take 1 cup Keliff's Cornflour.

• Third ingredient which you required is1/3 cup wheat flour.

• Then take 1/2 cup olive oil.

• After olive oil you require 3 tbsp milk.

• Now 1 tbsp curd.

• 3/4 tsp Keliffs Baking powder.

• 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

 

STEPS:

• Mix the powdered sugar and olive oil in a pan. Then add Keliffs baking powder, cardamom powder, and curd and mix it well.

• Then add the white flour and Keliffs cornflour in a mixing bowl. Add the milk to the mixture to make a dough and it should be soft.

• Now make balls from the dough by binding them and pressing them on the palm to give it shape for cookies.

• You have to oil the butter paper and keep it in the lower rack. Place the cookies at some distance from each other as they easily get a rise.

TIP: Always preheat the micro-oven or OTG before baking any dish.

• Then bake the cookies at 180 C for 3 minutes. Keep the rack until cookies leave the aroma and give a light brown colored texture.

• Now cool it and keep it in an airtight container, and your cookies will be ready to serve.
