Homemade Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 3 1/2 tap Keliffs baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp melted butter

Directions:

First of all put flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl and no lumps should be there.

Make a well in the center of the mixture and pour milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until the mixture becomes soft.

Heat the frypan at medium-high heat. Pour the mixture onto the frypan using approx 1/4 cup for each pancake.

Serve hot and pancake would be tastier if brown on both sides.
